Born in Istanbul in 1968, Dr. Umit Calisirisci completed his secondary education at Istanbul Erkek Lisesi(high school) before beginning his medical studies at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1987. Following his graduation, he pursued residency training in anesthesiology at the Siyami Ersek Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Center between 1994 and 1999.

Dr. Calisirisci started his professional career at Sarıyer İsmail Akgün State Hospital and subsequently served for 14 years as an anesthesiologist at Okmeydanı Oral and Dental Health Hospital. During this period, he gained extensive experience by participating in a wide variety of surgical procedures.

After many years of dedicated service in public healthcare, he retired from state duty. In August 2025, he joined Yaman Surgery Medical Center as a specialist in anesthesiology. With a patient-centered philosophy, our anesthesiologist prioritizes safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process.

Fluent in both German and English, he follows advancements in anesthesiology closely and continues to provide care aligned with international standards. Married and a father of one, Dr. Umit Calisirisci values both his professional and family life.

Today, he continues his career at Yaman Surgery Medical Center, delivering safe and high-quality healthcare services to his patients.
